FIT1 TRAINING IS FOR EVERYONE.

ALL ATHLETES AT ALL FITNESS LEVELS CAN PARTICIPATE IN OUR WORKOUTS. 




WALK IT THROUGH

AIM TO ARRIVE 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR FIRST FIT1 WORKOUT BEGINS.

ONE OF OUR FRIENDLY TRAINERS WILL TAKE YOU THROUGH THE FLOW OF A WORKOUT, DEMONSTRATE PERFECT EXERCISE TECHNIQUE AND GET YOU FEELING CONFIDENT AND COMFORTABLE IN OUR DIFFERENT TRAINING ZONES. 




WHAT TO BRING

BRING A TOWEL AND WATER BOTTLE TO EVERY WORKOUT.

TOWELS ARE AVAILABLE IF NEEDED AND CHILLED FILTERED WATER IS ON TAP. 




REST. REFUEL. REFOCUS.

FIT1 WORKOUTS HAVE SCHEDULED TIME OUTS WHERE YOU CAN REST AND REFOCUS FOR YOUR NEXT EFFORT.

FIRST TIMERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO TAKE EXTRA REST IF NEEDED.

THE AIM OF YOUR FIRST WORKOUT IS TO LEARN, OBSERVE AND GET THE BODY MOVING.
