Strength &Conditioning

This class is ideal if you are looking for a calorie-burning, strength-training workout.

Each strength and conditioning class will involve weights and exercises tailored towards specific goals. Each class may aim to improve your strength, power, speed  and agility or simply  improving  muscular endurance and cardiovascular health.

BOXING

Learn how to float like a butterfly or sting like a bee.

Our boxing sessions will not only improve your fitness levels but also increase hand eye coordination whilst having a blast. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, each class is designed to challenge you at your own pace. Start your day with a punch or finish a stressful day with a bang with our boxing class. 

** For comfort we recommend you bring your own boxing gloves, but we also have some to purchase

PILATES

In our Mat Pilates class you can expect a welcoming and energising environment where you’ll strengthen and tone your body while improving flexibility and balance.

Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, each class is designed to challenge you at your own pace, helping to build both your physical endurance and mental focus. You will feel both strengthening & lengthening of the body, focusing on correct alignment to achieve an all over body workout.

BOX BODY

Our Box Body class is a hybrid class which incorporates a 50-50 split of Boxing, and Strength & Conditioning.

The class kicks off with some nice boxing movements to get the body warm, then onto some fast-paced drills and combos. Once the gloves come off you will finish with some strength, core and conditioning. The elite combo all in one session!

PERSONAL TRAINING

If you’re looking for a more one-to-one personal training program then personal training is for you.
